The Waal river.
The city
of Nijmegen sits largely on the southern shore
of the Waal, the
busiest river in Europe. There are two bridges: the Waal-bridge
and the
railway-bridge. The railway-bridge has a lovely cycle-bridge
attached to it.
There are plans for a
third bridge. |
